2008- A new computerized & full automatic cable tray production line and a CNC Punching machine were included to the production line.

2007- Kuwait Oil Company purchased an outstanding amount of Tekom-PUK brand products.

2007- Tekom-PUK has developed and started a new product series, namely as “P Series” later tested according to DIN EN 61537 and certified by TÜV. The main idea behind this is to compensate needs for low cost products in domestic and neighboring markets.

2007- Tekom-PUK Electromechanical Industry and Trade Inc. participated in Middle East Electricity Exhibition, in Dubai, and WIN’07 in Istanbul.

2006- A new joint venture has been established under the name of Tekom-PUK Electromechanical Industry and Trade Inc. with German group named PUK-Werke Kuntsstoff und Stahlverarbeitung GmbH & CO. with the same line of business in Europe and is one of the mostly respected manufacturers in Europe providing excellence in technology, manufacturing, sales and marketing.

2005- A new progressive roll form line was employed to double the perforated type cable tray manufacturing capacity.

2005- To increase the activities in the Gulf Countries region, a new agency in Kuwait was appointed.

2005- Tekom has changed his legal status from a Limited Company to a Joint Stock company.

2004- GOST–R and Hygiene Certificates were obtained to approach to the Russian Market.

2003- Tekom has expanded his markets to Middle East and Gulf Countries by appointing a representative in UAE.

2003- Other group companies (Tekon Ltd. And Metelsan Ltd.) were consolidated under Tekom Ltd. for perational excellence.

2003- Tekom was established in Izmir / Turkey as Turkey ‘s first cable management solution provider.

2002- Tekom has been certified for ISO – 9000 Quality Assurance Management System Certification by BVQI.

2002- Tekom signed a frame agreement with Siemens and started to supply cable trays for various projects leaded by them.

2002- Tekom achieved to manufacture and install cable trays for a 770 MW natural gas combined cycle power plant conducted by ELIN Energieversorgung GmbH.

2000- Tekom became a registered supplier to Bechtel – ENKA JV for several power plant projects in Turkey and European countries.

1998- Obtaining Certificate of Manufacturing Adequacy for Hot – Dip Galvanizing from Turkish Standards Institute.

1998- Obtaining Certificate of Conformance for Hot – Dip Galvanizing has obtained from Turkish Standards Institute.

1997- A PLC controlled hot – dip galvanizing unit was established to complete the integrated facilitiy investment.

1996- For distributing products and to provide wholesaling service Tekom Ltd. was established.

1993- Tekom has started to manufacture underfloor ducting systems.

1989- For hot-dip galvanizing activities a subsidiary named Metelsan Ltd. was established.

1986- The company has extended his markets through Middle Asia region.

1985- The Company has supplied cable tray systems to Hyundai Heavy Industries who was Tekom first foreign and worldwide well-known customer.
